Stella Lefty’s debut album, Long Way Home, captures an artist fully trusting her instincts and returning to the country-rooted songwriting that shaped her from the beginning.
Following a breakout run led by “Thinking ’bout You,” “Boston” and “Something to Lose” with Vincent Mason, Stella has established herself as one of country-pop’s fastest-rising new voices.
Long Way Home, the 14-track project finding Stella embracing a more personal, instinctive approach to songwriting after a period of feeling disconnected from the music she was making. Produced with Joe Reeves, the album blends acoustic-driven country-pop with candid songs about love, heartbreak, nostalgia, uncertainty, and learning to trust yourself.
Long Way Home represents the clearest expression yet of who Stella is as both a songwriter and artist: emotional, direct, joyful, and completely comfortable making the music she wants to make.
