Kurt Vile joins forces with Nashville’s Luke Roberts for Classic Love, a collaborative EP that brings together their distinct songwriting voices. The pair first connected via MySpace years ago and have remained mutual admirers ever since. This four-track release includes two original songs — ‘classic love’ by Roberts and ‘hit of the highlife’ by Vile — alongside a new version of ‘slow talkers’ from Vile’s 2008 debut and a cover of Beach House’s ‘wildflower’.
