A collaboration few would have predicted, and one that makes perfect sense once you hear it.
Munich producer, Skee Mask (Bryan Müller), has spent over a decade turning hazy, atmospheric techno, breakbeat, dub and jungle into some of electronic music’s most acclaimed records, from 2018’s Compro to 2024’s Resort. North Americans, the ambient country-folk project of guitarist, Patrick McDermott, brings a completely different palette of slow-unspooling drones.
Final Circle finds these two worlds colliding, pairing rhythmic electronic detail with the wide-open, meditative textures both artists are known for.
